Our Classes

XFit:
Our XFit workout, often referred to as a WOD (Workout of the Day), combines elements of weightlifting, gymnastics, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Each workout is designed to improve overall fitness by targeting different muscle groups and energy systems. Typical exercises include lifting weights, performing bodyweight movements like pull-ups and push-ups, and cardio activities such as running or rowing. Workouts are usually short but intense, promoting strength, endurance, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness. It is scalable, making it suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes.

Burn:
Join us every Tuesday and Thursday at 10 AM for our new BURN class! This high-energy, no-weights workout is designed to have fun, build endurance, and help you lose weight using only your body. Led by our amazing instructor Cara, who brings her extensive background in fitness coaching and elite experience in soccer and Spartan races, you’re guaranteed an incredible workout that challenges you and keeps you motivated. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, BURN is perfect for all fitness levels. Don’t miss out on transforming your fitness journey with us.

Come in to practice a move, Correct your form, get your own workout in or just chat and laugh with other members

What are your operating hours?

We have several classes beginning at 5:30 am and ending at 6:30 Pm Monday through Friday and from 9-10 am on Saturday. Please check our calendar for specific class times on each day. Our hours may vary on holidays, so we recommend checking our website or contacting us directly for any holiday schedule changes.

Do you offer personal training sessions?

Yes, we provide personal training sessions tailored to individual fitness goals and needs. Our certified trainers offer one-on-one sessions as well as group training options. Please visit our personal training page for more information on packages, rates, and trainer bios.
